Production Timeline & Materials
Production is scheduled based on show date, not order date. We typically recommend 12–16 weeks of lead time, especially during peak show seasons when our schedule fills quickly. If your event is sooner or your order is large, reaching out early gives us the best chance to review availability.
We work with real hardwoods and natural materials, which means variation in wood tone, grain, and texture is normal and expected. We carefully select materials and avoid defects whenever possible, but in rare cases a knot or natural split may appear during carving. If it does not compromise the integrity or appearance of the piece, it may be stabilized and incorporated rather than discarded.
Material costs can fluctuate, particularly for hardwoods and specialty materials. While we make every effort to keep pricing current, estimates are valid for 14 days from the date provided.
